There is a misconception that survivors don’t want to tell their stories.

But in our experience, given the opportunity, and support whether anonymous or identified, many wish to share their stories publicly as a means of giving something back to society, so that others never go through their experiences.

We support Survivor Ambassadors comfortable with telling their stories to link with trusted journalists and contributions to radio/television/news and other publications. 

We also encourage you to blog on our website and support the promotion of survivors writing. 

It is our duty to make sure your voice is being heard as your first-hand accounts of honour-based abuse, child and/or forced marriages support the fight to combat the families and communities who seek to silence you.
